Who Is James Waller III ?
James Waller aka Manupnext_j is a motivational speaker in the DMV area. He has a passion for youth development and community outreach. James created the concept of Men Up Next and Women Up Next in 2017 after graduating high school. He then decided to begin hosting community basketball tournaments as well as speaking at community events, schools and churches. He has spoken at youth seminars on panels, high school career days, high school assembly's, small classroom settings and more: Speaking in front of audiences ranging from 10 - 300 people.
One of his favorite sayings is, " The best is yet to come." Spreading a message of hope for the future and purpose finding, his mission is to help people find their purpose and in turn find hope to keep moving forward. This is just the beginning for him and he looks forward to working with schools, businesses, and the community to create change like never before!
